1. Zero Tolerance Policy

DateRoot maintains a strict, zero-tolerance policy against Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE). We are committed to providing a safe environment and actively work to prevent our platform from being used for any illegal activities involving minors.

2. Strict Age Restrictions (18+)

DateRoot is strictly designed and operated for adults. You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use our services. We actively monitor for underage users. If we discover or have reasonable suspicion that an account belongs to a minor, that account will be immediately and permanently terminated without notice.

3. Moderation and Detection

To enforce our Child Safety Standards, DateRoot employs both automated systems and manual human moderation. We continuously monitor public profiles, user reports, and platform activity to detect, block, and remove any content that violates our CSAE/CSAM policies.

4. In-App Reporting Mechanism

We empower our community to help maintain a safe platform. DateRoot provides dedicated in-app reporting tools. Users can instantly flag any suspicious behavior, profile, or message by clicking the "Report" button. All reports related to child safety are treated with the highest priority and reviewed immediately by our moderation team.

5. Law Enforcement Cooperation

DateRoot complies with all relevant regional, national, and international child safety laws. Any detected CSAM or confirmed instances of child exploitation are immediately preserved and reported to the relevant authorities, including the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC), as required by law.
